With its existing portfolio already containing over 1,500 housing units, Claridge bolstered its Sunbelt investments by acquiring The Northshore Portfolio. Consisting of 1,097 affordable housing units in Houston and Dallas, Texas, The Northshore Portfolio is a key gateway to Claridge’s advancement in this ever-growing market. Costing well over $50 million, the portfolio is undergoing major capital renovations in order to provide a better experience and way of life to the families who reside in these properties. The portfolio has since been rebranded by Claridge as The Havenwood Apartments to accentuate the new vision.
