A native Angeleno, Trevor is the COO of Claridge Properties, where he is responsible for overseeing corporate strategy, capital markets, business development, and impact measurement. Prior to joining Claridge, Trevor was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Head of ESG at a real estate debt fund focused on construction loans and workforce housing, where he managed strategic growth initiatives and executed operational processes across the firm. He drove it to become the first U.S.-based real estate private debt fund signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) while creating sector-leading ESG tracking and operations. Trevor’s real estate experience also includes investment sales at HFF and consulting at RCLCO, and his broader financial services experience includes hedge fund manager selection at GCM Grosvenor and research at CalPERS. Prior to his MBA, Trevor was a Fulbright Scholar in Brazil and an Assembly Fellow in the California State Legislature.
Trevor is the founder of the REACH Initiative, the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Excellence, and Insight Committee, and a member of the Capital Markets Council in the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles District Council (ULI-LA). He also serves as Senior Advisor at TalentoTotal, an organization that helps afro-Brazilians and afro-Colombians matriculate into top MBA and law school programs in the U.S. and Europe, and as a mentor for first generation college students at America Needs You (ANY).
