Considered by many to be the most coveted project in DTLA, Angels Landing is a $1.5 billion development at the corner of Fourth and Hill Streets that expects to break ground in 2024, with a completion date of 2027. Partnering with Peebles Corporation and MacFarlane Partners, Claridge Properties beat out some of the country’s biggest developers to win the project, largely by having a clear vision for the site from Day One. Situated in the heart of DTLA and featuring a 25,000 SF plaza, Angels Landing will offer 450 rental apartments, a 300-room Mondrian Hotel, a 180-room Mandarin Hotel, and 150 branded residences. It will also offer 50,000 square feet of retail, including high-end restaurants. Angels Landing is on course to forever change the Los Angeles skyline.
